Jodi needed a nice headshot photo for her company’s real estate Web site. I matched her professional business suit to four different color backgrounds for added visual interest and a little pop.
Janae: Senior Session
Janae came to her senior portrait session excited and ready to enjoy the beautiful fall day. We went for an outdoorsy theme and Janae rocked it with four different outfits and a lovely smile.
Kyle: Senior Session
Kyle cared a great deal about his senior pictures and wanted a modern style that would showcase his personality. During our wardrobe consultation prior to the shoot, I could tell already that we’d have a great time.

Claudia: Senior Session
All I can say about her portrait session is, “Incredible!” Claudia’s camera presence, sense of style, and warm personality came together beautifully. We worked together well and she had a lot of fun modeling. Upon finishing in the early evening she said, “That was exactly what I was looking for.” I love hearing that!
Glassow Family: Portrait Session
The Glassows had been wanting family portraits for a long time and I was thrilled to provide them with memorable photos. Marc, Anne, Kelsey, Brittany, and their dog Bentley joined me for a beautiful afternoon on the outskirts of Eugene. Everyone was fabulous to work with and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer family to photograph.

Amazon Prime
Amazon Prime may be the best shopping invention ever created! Prior to the summer of 2008, I only purchased items on Amazon.com occasionally. Then I discovered Prime. Now, if it’s possible to buy an item from Amazon, I do.
Soomaya & Friends: Portrait Session
Being from various countries throughout the Middle East, Soomaya and her friends formed their friendships here in Eugene at the University of Oregon. They wanted to invest in special group photos so they could look back fondly even after they’ve gone their separate ways. What a great idea!
Justin: Senior Session
Justin had a perfect June afternoon for his Marist High School senior pictures. We worked at several locations in downtown Eugene that had a cool, casual look to match his personality. Maybe next time we’ll get to photograph him cutting across the lake on his wakeboard.

Alaina: Miss Lane County
Congratulations to Alaina for capturing the crown as Miss Lane County! She will compete for the title of Miss Oregon this fall, with the winner advancing to the Miss USA pageant.
Officer Kilcullen Memorial Service
Last Friday, I had the honor of teaming with other local photographers to help photograph the memorial proceedings for fallen Eugene police officer Chris Kilcullen. While documentary photography differs from my usual work, I was happy to assist the family in any way possible.
